An alternative outplacement service

We provide an online alternative to traditional outplacement programmes, that is effective and reassuring for the individuals and well-priced for the business owner.
Typically, we provide advice for the employer and give access to the highly-acclaimed Work Horizons website for the affected employees. They can draw on advice advice across several key areas: from considering and planning a new career through to preparing a CV and job hunting, or the practicalities of going self-employed. Work Horizons comprises articles, videos, practical exercises and group discussions.
Through our partner, Westfield Health, we also offer access to valuable services to help support individuals with their emotional wellbeing. Big White Wall is the first step that they can take towards getting the support they need, as well as the option of talking to a GP over the phone or via a webcam, plus access to counselling services too.
