Coaching for renewed, productive teams
Following significant disruptions and during periods of change, coaching is particularly valuable in re-establishing and reforming effective teams. To regain productivity and shift the focus onto solving immediate challenges, we will help your key teams to work through changing roles, overcome any resentments and re-establish norms.
Our coaches are experienced in team culture change, including work and personal relationships. We have worked successfully with teams at every level, including executive and HR teams.
We can also develop selected individuals within your organisation to provide coaching in-house. Our most experienced coaches will be available to train and mentor them as they take on additional coaching responsibilities.

We work objectively and take a systemic approach, considering the systems surrounding the individual or team and focusing on relationships and partnerships. We create options, raising self-awareness so that the individual or team members can develop solutions and take ownership of them.
Our coaches are trained and where appropriate certified to use a range of highly effective tools, including behavioural profiling such as DiSC, Five Behaviours of a Team, MBTI, Strengthoscope, Emotional Intelligence and others.
Based on your requirements and the people involved we will agree a clearly defined and costed programme of individual, team and group sessions. Before committing to a coaching relationship we offer free ‘chemistry’ sessions to ensure there is a good empathy between individual coaches and clients.
