Harry is a highly experienced, senior HR executive who has served on the boards of major UK organisations. His expertise includes HR strategy, organisation restructuring and talent management.
Rob is a coach and business mentor. He worked for many years in personnel, ultimately heading the HR department at a major engineering firm. He was also responsible for the award-winning young people training programme at MG Rover.
Organisational renewal and people specialists
Susanne is an organisation development and change management consultant. She helps clients to improve performance and retain and develop talented individuals through development programmes and performance management processes.
A values driven, accomplished, award winning HR professional, with over 30 years of experience, including board director of a major, global relief charity and non-executive director at the CIPD.
A highly qualified and skilled HR specialist, Patricia has had more than 20 years experience across a range of sectors. She is also currently the Owner and Director of Colden HR.
A very experienced senior employee relations (ER) and employment law specialist. A skilled HR project manager developed within major global employers.
Tina is an internationally certified coach and has 25 years experience across many sectors. She is also a professional facilitator and trainer, creating and delivering bespoke coaching programmes for groups and individuals.
Paul is an independent training professional, with a proven track record in the design and implementation of innovative L&D interventions. His knowledge and experience has been gained over 25 years as both an employee and a freelance trainer.
An experienced recruitment professional with demonstrable track record of identifying and selecting talented professionals for local, national and international clients. Passionate about providing excellent levels of service to candidates and clients.

Diane is a qualified executive coach and mentor, accredited at Senior Practitioner level by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She has over 25 years organisational experience and coaches senior leaders and teams, including senior civil servants.
Ann is an internationally accredited coach and impactful facilitator, working with global brands, public sector organisations, government ministries and private companies. She is skilled at creating safe, challenging and inspiring spaces for leaders and teams to access their best thinking and collaboration.
A culture change catalyst, facilitator and executive coach, Fiona focuses on your most important assets – you and your people. She will shine a light on people and their behaviours to develop bespoke solutions in people performance and productivity.
A learning and organisation development specialist, Lorna has been working independently for twelve years. She is a qualified executive coach and mentor and action learning set facilitator.
Debra has 30 years experience in human resources working as a senior HR practitioner, providing guidance and leadership to senior executives and managers.
Mike Thorne works with business leaders and managers to enable them to flourish, especially during times of change. A chartered engineer, Mike successfully made the transition into senior commercial and regulatory roles and draws on his experience to help his clients identify and achieve their own goals.
Claire Jenkins is a specialist in interview technique. She coaches individuals and groups to prepare for job and university interviews by helping individuals to unlock their confidence, secure an impact and then practise what they will say.
