A highly qualified and skilled HR specialist, Patricia has had more than 20 years experience across a range of sectors. She is also currently the Owner and Director of Colden HR.
She is a strong advocate for a fair and ethical approach to HR management and genuinely believes that if you treat your staff well this will generate business growth and success.
Pat believes that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to HR. The principles will be the same but it is her role to partner with businesses to help them to translate those HR principles in a way which enables them to achieve their goals and aspirations in a way which is compatible with their unique business culture.
