Mike is a certified coach, as well as being a chartered engineer for over twenty years. He works with business leaders and managers to enable them to flourish in their role, especially during times of change.
Originally trained as an engineer, Mike successfully made the transition into senior commercial and regulatory roles in National Grid, leading on high-profile projects in the UK and EU. Most recently, he led National Grid’s Brexit readiness activity, working closely with UK government, Ofgem and his EU counterparts to ensure cross-border energy flows could continue post-Brexit.
Mike combines his coaching skills with his broad experience of running various teams and managing external customers and stakeholders to help his clients identify and achieve their goals.
