A learning and organisation development specialist, Lorna has been working independently for twelve years.  She is a qualified executive coach and mentor, action learning set facilitator, registered social worker and director at The Change and Development Company.

Lorna has worked in social care for nearly thirty years supporting vulnerable people, developing services, managing teams and leading change.

Her time spent working for Birmingham City Council gave her the depth of experiences needed to start her own successful business: facilitating change through individual, team and organisation development.

Lorna combines a unique blend of professional integrity, motivation and a personable approach that supports development and learning with individuals and improves performance with teams and organisations.
