Paul Corrall is an independent training professional, with a proven track record in the design and implementation of innovative L&D interventions. His knowledge and experience has been gained over 25 years as both an employee and a freelance trainer.
With a consultative style and a sense of humour, Paul delivers effective and pragmatic development solutions that meet the needs of both the individual and organisations he works with.
He has worked within many sectors including automotive R&D, general manufacturing, specialist veterinary referral services, health and social care, engineering, and service environments. This has afforded him the opportunity of working with some great people. He is especially keen on developing young people and is an advocate for the apprenticeship system.
