Diane is a qualified executive coach and mentor and is accredited at Senior Practitioner level by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She has over 25 years organisational experience including as a personnel director, meaning she understands the context and challenges of senior leaders and their teams. She is now a coach and mentor for senior leaders and their teams in both the private and public sector, including for senior civil servants. She is also an employment tribunal panel member. Her coaching style is solution-focused with an emphasis on working alongside clients as a thinking partner, as they develop solutions and plans.

As a volunteer Diane is a council member for the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce, a CIPD branch committee member in Birmingham and a special adviser for Miss Macaroon.

Diane has an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching (Bristol Business School) and an ILM Level 7 certificate in executive coaching and leadership mentoring, and is an accredited NLP Practitioner. She also has an MBA from Aston University, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is certified to use DiSC profiling tools and The 5 Behaviours of a Cohesive Team development tool.
