Ann is an internationally accredited coach and impactful facilitator, working with global brands, public sector organisations, government ministries and private companies. She is skilled at creating safe, challenging and inspiring spaces for leaders and teams to access their best thinking and collaboration. The resulting change in culture leads to increased motivation, the creation of new solutions to complex problems and improved performance.
Ann draws on her own experience of leading mixed professional teams, capital investment and service improvement programmes. Her scientific understanding of how the brain works and her extensive coaching experience helps leaders hold powerful conversations that enable them to navigate change and build effective relationships.
She is experienced in delivering a wide range of profiling and 360° feedback tools. She is qualified in conversational intelligence, narrative coaching, stakeholder centred coaching, NLP and a range of other approaches that she draws on to create bespoke solutions for each client’s unique situation.
