Rob is an executive and career coach, and mentor. His career has included senior HR roles, including HRD, where he has overseen major re-structuring and change projects, introduced comprehensive team development and leadership programmes, and developed an award-winning apprenticeship scheme.
As a non-executive director and trustee of numerous organisations, as well as a consultant for more than ten years, he has very broad experience across numerous sectors and industries.
He has authored and co-authored several books including ‘Prepare to Impress’ and ‘Beating the Wisdom of Hindsight’. Additionally, Rob is an international speaker, having spoken in ten countries.
