She loves to take something that is not working as well as it could do and transforming it into something better! For individuals, teams and businesses that means creating more engagement, motivation and performance – which all lead to more productivity and happy employees!
She is an experienced coach and learning and development specialist with great feedback and a demonstrable track record of working in coaching, leadership development, graduate and talent programmes.
She has worked with some prestigious organisations such as Gallup as an engagement coach – our organisation are in the top 5% in the world for employee engagement. Also, with Lane 4 Management Consultants on a multi-award winning leadership development programme as a centre coach.
Debbie loves the power and use of profiling and feedback tools such as DISC, Discovery Insights, BELBIN, Fierce Conversations and EQI practitioner – they really are transformational and made to last!
