Deborah is a qualified Mentor, adult learning tutor and mental health first aid instructor in training. She possesses a wealth of experience in both the design and delivery of safeguarding, mental health first aid and wellbeing training/consultancy. This has been delivered to learners in a variety of businesses and organisations, be they public, private or third sector. She has had the privilege of training locally, nationally and internationally.
Deborah has a very relaxed but effective training style, aiming to deliver serious messages using fun methods. The opportunity to inspire and educate learners helps keep her focused and looking for new ways to design and deliver training and consultancy that delivers results, making a real difference to individuals lives.
