Devya is a business and careers adviser as well as being an experienced NLP master coach. For the past 20 years, she has worked in recruitment and career development, supporting mid-managers and executives to find finance roles suited to them and even more importantly, coach them to be happy in those chosen roles.
Since 2012 she has led Athwal Resourcing and Coaching, which specialises in helping businesses to recruit finance professionals and to develop their managers and directors through either one-to-one career coaching or tailor-made group workshops.
Her goal is enabling individuals to have a fulfilled work life and to reach their potential; to transform people and transform the businesses they work in.
