In addition, she develops leadership skills through a variety of workshops which help leaders manage performance, coach their teams, communicate effectively and delegate successfully. Focusing on personal skills too, such as building resilience, managing time and developing emotional intelligence, enables leaders to become more inspiring, motivating and engaging.
As a facilitator in Everything DiSC and the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™, she works with teams to make them more efficient, more productive and more harmonious.
