Helen Lacey has over 20 years experience in the recruitment market and started Red Berry Recruitment in 2007. She wanted to offer companies and applicants a better service than she felt most agencies were offering. Her customer service background prior to starting in recruitment has helped her gain loyalty and respect with both clients and candidates in the areas she has worked.
She gives frequent talks at schools and colleges on CV writing, presentation techniques and interview guidance.
She has worked in industrial and commercial temporary recruitment as well as recruiting to permanent roles. Her career has also included Branch Manager, Customer Service Manager and Corporate Account Manager.
Red Berry Recruitment is a member of the Recruitment Employment Confederation (REC) and Helen is currently the Chair for the Somerset branch of the IoD, Vice Chair for the Somerset Chamber of Commerce and is a Director of the South West LEP.
