Mandy has many years HR experience across a wide range of industries. Having seen so many people lose their jobs, Mandy is keen to offer the Work Horizons service to those who may be facing changing situations in their working life, with no support on offer from their employer.
Mandy helps people to manage themselves and others better. She is a qualified NLP and positive impact coach and she uses the Belbin Team Profile and other personality / behavioural tests to support her coaching with clients.
Mandy provides a ‘one-stop-shop’ approach in HR, coaching and training. With experience and expertise backed up by qualifications, she has a ‘can-do, work-hard’ attitude and an easy going, fun, professional approach to work.
