Mel is a Certified Coach and Mentor (University of Warwick) with 18 years’ experience of working in international-facing roles within SMEs and global organisations. She can coach in English or French.
Mel takes a non-directive approach where you are at the heart of the conversation and solution. She has a natural style and brings authenticity to her coaching.
Mel is happy to coach remotely or in person. She may even invite you to be coached whilst walking outdoors: it has proven to be a powerful way to unlock some great thinking!
