Mental Health in the Workplace: Who Cares for the Carers?

Paper

We believe it is important to recognise the challenges that the HR function has faced over the last year and a half, by having to help and manage the wellbeing of other employees, while also trying to navigate their own mental health. In this paper, we discuss some of the issues these carers have faced over the past year and provide insights on how companies can ensure that their HR employees’ mental health needs are not ignored and remain a priority.
