On the 9th of March, Diane Rance, a director of Work Horizons, spoke at The Birmingham Chamber of Commerce on the subject of re-establishing employee engagement. This included a panel discussion with coaching expert Fiona Anderson on solutions to re-energise your workforce and a thought leadership case study from Saira Demmer.

This webinar was part of the Growth Through People campaign that Diane herself started. The campaign aims to help local firms boost productivity through leadership and people management. Diane took part in two of their eight webinars. The panel discussion on tricky conversations can be found here.
